Description
A waterborne UV-curing, acrylic elastomeric coating with resistance to substrate alkali migration, excellent adhesion to new, old and pre-painted substrates. It is suitable to be applied on flat and sloped roofs, including concrete, ceramic tiles, masonry and asphalt substrates.
The coating remains highly flexible under low and high-temperature conditions so it can accommodate substrate movements caused by expansion and contraction.
It demonstrates excellent resistance to ultraviolet light deterioration, dirt pick-up, and mildew. This coating is certified as cool coating and it provides an excellent, highly protective barrier which reflects the sun’s heat.
In turn, this helps to cool surfaces and leads to a reduction of interior temperatures and improvement to building’s energy efficiency.
